Production process:

Step1: rude rubber must be plasticated by internal mixer machine

Step 2: the material is added carbon, accelarating agent, activating agent and other additive and shaped by a sheet by miller machine

Step 3: the rubber sheet is cut by cutting machine to certain block

Step 4: the rubber bloack is put into compression/injection machine to mold and vulcanize

Step 5: Deflash by auto machine
