• MATERIAL: High quanlity NBR ring with carbon steel, good sealing. Anti static, high pressure resistant, oil resistant, corrosion resistant, UV resistant, heat resistant, wear resistant, durable and long service life.

• PRODUCT FEATURE: Reliable low and high pressure sealing, High and low temperature capabilities, Bolt torque is reduced with no loss of tightening load. Bonded washers are used extensively for sealing under the heads of bolts in high pressure applications where coppers washers would be unsuitable. They are often used in hydraulic and pneumatic connections that are subject to extreme pressures.

NBR compounds have excellent resistance to abrasion, non-polar oils and solvent, water and permeation (higher acrylonitrile content will be better). NBR also can be used in conditions of dilute acids, alkalis and salt solution at low temperatures.
